Vidushi Chaudhry, Founder
Vidushi Chaudhry, our founder, provides professional development, consultancy services and facilitation for teams, organizations and communities. Vidushi currently serves as a Talented and Gifted (TAG) Testing leader in a large Atlanta school district.
In a career spanning over 18 years, she co-founded the Mindsprings Enrichment Center in Mumbai and worked in Mumbai, Delhi, Arizona and Georgia. Her unique lens spans both India and the US. Her expertise includes students with gifted needs and those with learning struggles. Her adult training experience includes designing long term and short term training, as well as speaking at national and international conferences. In 2024, she presented at the Georgia Association for Gifted Children and will be presenting at the National Association of Elementary Principals conference in July.
Vidushi excels at educational problem solving, identifying gifted students, designing specialized programs and fostering inclusive and challenging environments. She is dedicated to creating a space to discuss best practices to empower gifted students in India and the US.
Ishita Arora, Research & Marketing
Graduating from college in 2024, Ishita steps into her new role as a Research and Marketing Assistant. She conducts market research, analyzes consumer behavior, and assists with administrative tasks and marketing campaigns to tailor content and meet community needs. Last year, Ishita was the primary researcher for the Visible and Invisible Thinking workshop as well as the Identification and Characteristics of a Gifted Learner Workshop. In her alternate career, she works as a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with learning and developmental disabilities, facilitating growth and behavior improvement. Ishita aims to pursue a master's in Public Health and become a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst, with a vision of bridging gaps in global support for neurodivergent individuals.
